Each acquisition is brought into one of our brands and our UK-based support team in Horsham, with each base handled in the way that suits it best. For the customer, service carries on as before.
From 1 August 2026, around 11,500 customers from TalkTalk’s consumer division joined Fleur Telecom: 7,000 broadband and 4,500 line rental customers. Customers moved without any new equipment or engineer visit.
Origin customers also joined the group in 2026.

TAL acquired the brand and 4,000-strong customer base of eco-friendly ISP Earth Broadband from its administrators, adding a sustainability-led brand to the portfolio. Earth is now being relaunched.

No One Internet, Cuckoo, Zybre, Link Broadband, EzeTalk Residential and Gigabit Networks all joined the group during 2024, adding to group EBITDA as each base moved onto our shared systems and support. June 2024 alone brought 2,800 residential customers from EzeTalk Residential and the residential base of Gigabit Networks on the CityFibre network.

Two customer bases joined the group within a month of each other, both integrated through our subsidiary Home Telecom.

Hive Telecom was acquired in July 2022 from GCI, now known as Nasstar. The same year, we formed new partnerships that helped us grow faster and take on more customer bases.

Acquired from KCOM. Set up in 2001 and bought by KCOM in 2004 as an out-of-area broadband business, Eclipse had 35,000 customers at its peak. The base included several business customer opportunities too.

Acquired from Giacom, a wholesale supplier. Fleur looks after customers in rural areas across the UK, where traditionally only BT direct would supply, and has over 23,000 properties using our service.

Founded in 2000, Bulldog was an industry pioneer that passed through Cable & Wireless, Pipex, Tiscali and TalkTalk, with 150,000 customers at its peak. It is now part of the Home Telecom brand, and several thousand of its customers are still with us today.

Global 4 entered the residential marketplace with Home Telecom to partner up with estate and letting agents across the country. We offered their tenants phone and broadband services to match the term of their tenancy agreements, and were able to provide flexible arrangements to over 40,000 customers.

If you own a residential broadband base and are considering a sale, we’d like to hear from you. Every conversation starts under NDA.
